NAMCO USA INC. is a global leader in entertainment with over 1,000 amusement facilities managed worldwide. Their latest project is Level 257, a unique Chicago-area venue featuring dining and elevated play with games, bowling, and entertainment designed for adults, families, and corporate/ private events. The massive, 42,000 square foot venue needed to deliver a luxurious, state-of-the-art experience for their clients. Equivoice, NAMCO’s existing ISP and Cisco partner, was tasked with making that experience convenient and seamless through technology.

Solution:

When discussing the goals of Level 257, the conversation turned to the Internet of Things. Equivoice fully configured the environment to meet not only PCI compliancy but to deliver leading edge service and experience to their customers.

To enable this, Equivoice configured and installed:

  • Internet of Things wireless network built on Cisco technology
  • MPLS circuit for Access and LAN equipment
  • Cisco CleanAIR WAP to enable the Internet of Things

Outcome:

Equivoice configured and installed a solution that enables Level 257 to operate all equipment on the floor wirelessly, with wireless point of sale and mobile point of service. This gives guests the optimal experience: servers place food orders in real-time, the food comes faster and the kitchen operates more efficiently.
