Learn more about how MNJ will help customers solve their digital transformation issues.

Are you able to discuss the brand new platform MNJ that was launched at the beginning of January this year?

Ignyte is the brand new digital transformation division within MNJ and the reason of it is that, as our customers’ needs change and adapt, it wasn’t enough to just be an MSP no longer. To truly help solve the problems of our customers We had to focus on the digital transformation. All the way from optimizing cloud services to migrate customers towards hybrid cloud public cloud workflows.

We’re still working on SD-WAN and the edge along with connectivity. But we’re we’re going up a notch. We have launched Ignyte in January of this year , and our entire operation is based on the digital revolution for our customers. It’s an exciting time for us. We are extremely confident in our outlook and are confident for this year’s calendar.

Do you have any information about the history of the company? How many years it’s been operating and when it was founded?

MNJ was created and established with Paul as well as Sue Kozak, back in 2002. It will be the 20th anniversary of MNJ. Paul was among the first employees of CDW but then was able to decide, about twenty years back, that he wanted to split off. The aim was always to establish an organization which was based upon customer care, resolving the problems of customers and creating value. MNJ began at a low point and then quickly grew and bigger. The year before we had around $200 million in topline revenue.

In the year 2016 we started the managed services industry mostly focused on network infrastructure but also with a substantial practice in connectivity and SD-WAN. We’ve been on the same path for a while currently.

Do you want to talk more in detail about the services you offer?

Four distinct categories are covered. One of them is our hardware resale industry which is growing and flourishing as well as the legacy MNJ business and the foundation of was the foundation of the company.

Ignyte is focused on three areas: The first involves cloud-based billing as well as optimizing with the brand new JV (joint venture) we established. The second is managing services at the edges. We provide managed services and consultation on SD-WAN connectivity and network infrastructure which is also known as circuits. And the third biggest practice area that we offer with Ignyte is security. but on the edges, therefore we have a extensive practice in this area too.

Who are your customers that you service?

We have a few large-scale clients within the oil and gas sector, but the majority of our clients are in the mid-market, where digital transformation is the largest unserved. Therefore, the majority of our business although not necessarily vertical is spread across all over the U.S. sitting around mid-markets companieswith 500 and 5,000 employees.

What is the secret to your business’s success?

I’m sure that many businesses say they’re doing it, however the distinction between claiming you’re a business focused on solving business challenges using technology, and claiming that you’re an organization that is able to create time, multiplicity in anonymity, efficiency, and organisation is significant. If you say that your company has a strategy that considers not just the technology but also the entire business stack, lots of people will say this. However, I believe the different represents who we truly are, and the things we do on a daily basis. We are able to demonstrate this in our environment.

It’s part of our culture. every employee in the company focuses on it. So it’s not just about writing on a chalkboard as it is a holistic representation of who we are in every level of the company. This is the main thing. When you are focused on every aspect of the company, no matter if someone is in the accounting department or the warehouse, and you also focus on sales reps and marketing, you create a new degree of customer service and one we’re extremely happy about.
